What is a Newborn Care Specialist/newborn nurse and what do they do?

 A Newborn care specialist(NCS)/newborn nurse is a specialized caregiver with expertise in newborn care. These newborn care specialists are registered nurses (RNs) that assist parents during the first few weeks, months, or up to a year after a baby is born. They support parents and families with overnight care, feeding, bathing ,sleep training and general baby care.

How do I book/ schedule a newborn care specialist ?

This will get you in contact with a member of our team so we can get you scheduled and figure out a plan unique to your family. We recommend reaching out early if you have specific dates in mind as newborn nurses are in high demand.
